Duke has been working in the Recovery Field for over 9 years in many different roles. His has learned from his role as an Interventionist, Alumni Manager and Marketing Director. He is a person in long-term recovery, since May 1989, and has been an active member in the recovery community from the beginning, along with an avid live music fan. After a 18 year career on Wall Street, Duke went to work at a nonprofit, Harmony Foundation. He helped start their Veterans Alumni Fundraiser and the National Recovery Skiathon. He has worked closely with the Association of Recovery in Higher Education, Phoenix Multisport and Young People in Recovery, all nonprofit support groups.
Cortland Mathers- Suter
Cortland has held many positions in the treatment field from house manager to clinician to administrator to Chief Operating Officer of Aspen Ridge Recovery. His academic background is in both education and social work, which allows him to bring a unique set of skills to this position. He currently holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Cortland uses his own addiction recovery coupled with his educational and professional experience to help clients succeed. Similarly Cortland uses this skill-set to create lasting connections with local agencies, ensuring that clients receive a high level of continuity in their care over the course of their treatment.
Tim Hebert has been an aviation professional for over 25 years. His aviation career spans from maintenance and engineering, piloting and quality oversite. In the past 10 years, He has been a part of leadership teams for both major airlines and aircraft repair stations and is a certified ISO 9001 Process Auditor. Tim has had seats on several committees including Heli Offshore and Bombardier Technical Steering and well as serving as an officer for another nonprofit corporation. Tim is currently the President and COO for HKS Builders Group providing local constriction services and aviation consulting for both foreign and domestic companies.
